Sunflower Ode

I often pride myself on finding the origin of the majority of textiles I use. However, sometimes I must admit defeat. This overshirt was constructed from a wool/cotton blended blanket. It had been started to be embroidered, but was never finished. When I came across it in a bin, it still had small traces of where the embroidery was to be continued.

So in a certain sense, this overshirt is a mystery. I have no idea where its story started - only where I found it and could add to its continuation.
